Best performing change agent

The winner will be able to demonstrate :

  • 6 months of continuous leadership of two or more Ada’a domains.
  • Aptitude to learn new skills/theories and coach/challenge other team members.
  • Ability to identify and resolve risks and issues while maintaining regular touchpoints with the hospital and PIO supervisors.
  • Ability to mobilize commitment to create impact through implemented improvements.

Best performing data collector

The winner will be able to demonstrate :

  • 6 months of sustained valid data collection in one or more Ada’a health domains.
  • An excellent understanding of proper sampling methodology, KPI formulae and KPI trends over time.
  • The winner will have coached at least one additional data collector in his/her domain who is fully capable of taking over when needed.

Best Performing Performance Improvement Officer (PIO)

The winner will be able to demonstrate :

  • At least one year of successful supervision of one or more Ada’a hospitals
  • Subject matter expertise and ability to advise/challenge teams in at least 4 of the Ada’a domains
  • An application of standardized quality tools for problem solving Proficiency in change management and the utilization of digital tools such as the Ada’a Health Dashboard and KaiNexus
