The winner will be able to demonstrate :

• At least 6 months’ sustained improved performance across all domains.
  
• The data must show positive trends and be in either the green or blue zones of performance.
  
• Their improvements should be examples of best practice in terms of approach and outcomes and be transferable to other hospitals.
  

Best performing mental health facility

The winner will be able to demonstrate :

• At least 6 months’ sustained improved performance across all domains.
  
• The data must show positive trends and be in either the green or blue zones of performance.
  
• Their improvements should be examples of best practice in terms of approach and outcomes and be transferable to other facilities.
  

Best primary health care service

The winner will be able to demonstrate :

• Improvements in 3 areas, “Look and feel” of their facility; serviced excellence and clinical excellence.
  
• These improvements must be as a result of a structured approach to improvement using the Ada’a principles.
  

Best KSA new-comers in the Ada’a Health program – Home-healthcare

• The winners will have joined Ada’a Health in 2019 and be able to illustrate how they have made a rapid improvement within 3 months in home-healthcare.
  

Best KSA new-comers in the Ada’a Health program – Long-term-conditions

• The winners will have joined Ada’a Health in 2019 and be able to illustrate how they have made a rapid improvement within 3 months in long term conditions.
